Like most people just to stretch after a workout one day
I accidentally fell in love with❤️:
-I started treating my body with more respect, love, and not hate and criticism
-started taking better care of myself
-had less body aches & pains
-built a toolbox to manage my stress & anxiety
-started feeling comfortable in my own skin and felt at home in the body I have now
-made friends and built connections

do a handstand
bend your body into pretzel shapes
